Engineering enquiry information

We process the contact and technical information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, organisation, application, dimensional envelope, force range, quantity and requested options. Do not submit patient information through the public form.

Optional engineering attachments

You may send one PDF, image or STEP file up to 3 MB with an RFQ. The file is transmitted to our engineering inbox and is not published or given a public download URL. We use it to review your installation and retain it with the enquiry correspondence. Contact [email protected] to request deletion or to arrange an NDA and a separate private exchange before sending controlled documents.

How your enquiry is used

ButtonLoadCells uses this information to review requirements, reply to enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate samples. Enquiries are delivered through our email service and accessed by staff handling the project. We retain correspondence as needed for the enquiry and related business or legal obligations.

Your choices and contact

Ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information at [email protected]. Please identify the relevant correspondence. Hosting and email providers process information to operate the service; international processing may occur.

Site operation
